Availability of products and services is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific product or service will be available at the time of your enquiry or purchase order.

All engineering services provided by Salvage Systems are subject to a separate project-specific contract or agreement, the terms of which will govern the commercial relationship between the parties.

5. Quotations

All quotations, proposals, and cost estimates issued by Salvage Systems — whether verbally, via email, or through our website — are non-binding until a formal purchase order or contract has been signed by an authorised representative of both parties.

Quotation validity: Unless stated otherwise in the quotation document, all quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Prices may be revised without notice if there are material changes in raw material costs, exchange rates, or government levies between the date of quotation and the date of order acceptance.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the applicable purchase order, contract, or proforma invoice. Standard payment terms for supply-only orders are 50% advance against order and 50% prior to dispatch. For project-based contracts, milestone-linked payment schedules will be agreed in writing.

We accept payment by NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, cheque (subject to realisation), and UPI. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Late payments may attract interest at 18% per annum.

7. Warranty & Defects

Salvage Systems provides a standard 12-month warranty on all manufactured equipment and installed systems from the date of commissioning, covering defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper operation, or failure to follow operating manuals
• Normal wear and tear on consumable parts (membranes, filter media, chemicals)
• Damage caused by water quality parameters materially different from those specified at the time of design
• Modifications made by parties other than Salvage Systems without our written consent

Extended warranty and preventive maintenance coverage is available through our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) programme.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Salvage Systems and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or products
• Loss of profit, revenue, business, or goodwill, even if Salvage Systems has been advised of the possibility of such damages
• Any inaccuracy or omission in information provided on this website
• Interruption or unavailability of our website or online services

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Salvage Systems in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using this website, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. These links do not constitute endorsement of those websites or their content. 11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in Udaipur in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before resort to litigation.
